The SHRS series are lightweight, transformerless, string inverters with a wide MPPT voltage range and Wi-Fi communications included. The SHRS series are hybrid inverters, allowing for the system to connect to a Sungrow solar battery for energy storage. These inverters offer fast charging and discharging, which makes them perfect in a solar and battery installation as this allows for greater self-consumption than other inverters may be able to offer.
As a hybrid inverter, the SHRS series offers a backup function, which supplies the property with backup power in the event of a power outage. This feature gives the inverter the ability to support 100% unbalanced loads in backup mode, which will keep essential appliances running during a blackout. The backup function is a perfect solution for both new installations and retro-fitted designs.
The Sungrow SG8.0RS-ADA is an 8000W multi-MPPT string inverter designed for residential solar systems. This inverter supports a 600 Vdc system and is compatible with high-power and bifacial PV modules. It offers a lower startup voltage and a wider MPPT range, ensuring high energy yield and system reliability.
Equipped with advanced safety features such as integrated arc fault circuit interrupter and built-in Type II DC&AC SPD, the SG8.0RS-ADA guarantees safe operation. The user-friendly design includes plug-and-play installation, smart IV curve scanning, real-time data monitoring, and a compact, lightweight build for easy setup.
