In the unlikely event that our systems begin to function incorrectly, we stand ready to assist you promptly to rectify the issue. Given that all the systems we install are equipped with live monitoring software, we can usually send out replacement components on the same day the call is made. This software allows the supplier to log in and accurately identify serial numbers and faults, ensuring the correct replacement is dispatched swiftly.

As a general rule, warranty durations for solar systems are categorized as follows:
- 25 years for panel efficiency (extended to 30 years with Hyundai panels)
- 7 years for workmanship
- 10 years for the mounting kit
- 15 years for the inverter
- 10 years for batteries
